Confirmed vacant property; windows are boarded, two doors are not. Roof is in dilapidated and very poor condition; interior walls are gutted, drywall removed. Exterior walls are good. Accumulation of vegetation on property and abutting areas. Property went into foreclsoure in 2009 and has not sold; no deed has been issued. NOV will be sent to Deed & Note as well as Trustee. Deed & Note traders have been known to be going through a bankruptcy, which may be what is delaying the foreclosure auction. |
