DID MEET WITH THE MAINTENANCE MAN AND TRIED TO GET INTO THE UNIT. NO ANSWER AND LET HIM KNOW WHAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED. NO ONE IN THE OFFICE AND WILL WAIT FOR THE CALL FROM THE TENANT. RV.
10/17/2011 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved THE TENANT CALLED AND MET HER AT THE UNIT. FOUND WHERE THE HANDLER IN THE HALLWAY HAS A LEAK FOR THE AC AND DRIPPING ONTO THE CARPET. THE TENANT HAS PUT A BUCKET TO CATCH THE WATER DRIPPING FROM THE GRILL FOR THE AC HANDLER. CHECKED THE OTHER ROOM AROUND THE AREA OF THE HANDLER AND HAS NO WET SPOTS OR STAINNING ON THE DRYWALL. THE KITCHEN WINDOW IS LEAKING WHEN IT RAINS AND THE DRYWALL HAS DAMAGE ON THE UPPER SECTION OF THE WINDOW, THE FRONT DOOR IS NOT SEALED PROPERLY AND ABLE TO SEE DAYLIGHT WHEN THE DOOR IS CLOSED, THE SMOKE DETECTOR IS NOT WORKING IN THE HALLWAY AND HAS HARD WIRE CONNECTION AND HAS A BATTERY OPERATED WITH NO BATTERY IN IT, BREAKERS IN THE ELECTRICAL PANEL FOR THE UNIT IS NOT LABLED FOR ID OF THE BREAKERS, NORTHEAST BEDROOM HAS STAINS IN THE CEILING AND HAS BEEN PATCHED SEVERAL TIMES AND IS STILL LEAKING AT TIMES WHEN NOT RAINING AND HAS ANOTHER UNIT ABOVE, NORTHEAST BEDROOM HAS A DOOR THAT IS SPLIT AND BROKEN IN AREAS ON BOTH SIDE OF THE DOOR, CARPET IS TORN OR LOOSE IN THE LIVING ROOM TO THE DINNING ROOM, NORTHEAST BEDROOM BY THE CLOSET AND THE BATHROOM WALL. WILL DO N.O.V. STILL NOT ABLE TO LOCATE OFFICE MANAGER. RV.
