House is still vacant and vegetation a problem. There were papers affixed inside the window indicating the home is bank owned however not identifying a specific bank or responsible party. There was a name and phone number of a real estate agent whom I shall contact. |

Recorder information indicates that the Bank of New York Mellon is the new owner. There was a vehicle at the house today and the doors were open giving the appearance that someone was cleaning and possibly preparing the home for market. Will follow up again in one week for progress prior to sending NOV to bank. |
