I visited the complex and spoke with personnel in the leasing office who stated they were aware of the problem and that it is scheduled to be repaired. Management stated that all parties, including the complainant, agreed that the needed repairs will take place upon the tenant above the complainants apartment has vacated at the end of October. This case is closed. |
