09/26/2011 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Initial inspection found that the large basin in question is actually a retention basin for a newly planned subdivision. Subdivision has streets cut and about 50% percent paved. Drainage ditch and culverts to the basin have been completed. The "walls" to the basin are pitched so that a person would not fall into the basin. There is no water presently, in the basin only mud. Main road to the basin is blocked off and should not be entered. Work in progess. Land has been parceled and pacels all have been addressed. Could not find permit on the Subdivision but must have gone thru addressing. No violations at this time, close case |
