Spoke to the owner of the property in length; He said that he sometimes get's the cars as a trade-in for a property as a down payment. He has his employees take them home and drive them around till they sell. I spoke to a few of the employees and they confirmed the same thing, I advised the owner that I would keep monitoring the property to check if he's in violation but as of now no violation found. I also sopke to supervisor Rick Saldate to confirm. |
