At site, meet TPD for unfit living conditions, unit #125. Very strong odor at door. Inside the unit, large amont of flies, refuse and debris throughout the entire unit. Tenant sent to hospital by TPD. Manager changed licks and secured unit. Explained issues to manager to keep unit vacant. Send NOV. F/U 30 days. |
