SAW A SMALL CORRAL WITH TWO TO THREE HORSES. CONTACTED DSD REGARDING LOT SPLIT, CITY DOESN'T HAVE JURISDICTION ON LOTS LARGER THAN 2.5 ACRES. CLOSE CASE. |
