Visited site today and found miscellaneous items in the front yard and driveway along with a roll-off style container. It appears that the occupant may be moving out. Records indicate the owner has lost the home to foreclosure and the tenant may be vacating the property. I'll send a Notice to the listed owner and see where that goes. |
