Turns on lawn mower to create dust while occupants bar barque, has gone to his neighbors house across street at during day time to complaint about radio to load. Appears conflict between neighbors. No violations Contact made w/complaint Judy Ham. provided photos, shows wrought iron fencing on stands some time back. Explained insp. requires proof of work for profit & picture don't show more fabrication being done, such as raw material needed to build fencing. Due to no evidence present at this time HCD has no enforceable issues, stated she will continue to follow every move her neighbor does. |
