Several tarps have been used to cover roofing material. Previous tarps used to cover roof have been allowed to deteriorated & is evidenced by pieces left hanging on roof. Section of roof planks along over hang are exposed to the elements, have rotted away and show evidence of warping. Structure has a history of being vacant & neglected for several years. Inspector unable to enter onto property to make contact with owner. Property was under VANS program at one time. |
