Overgrowth is mixed in w/miscellaneous trash, garbage & piles of debris outside of fenced areas along undeveloped public right of way. Large piles of trash, garbage & debris such as tree branch cutting have been left along north side fencing. Very large tree root left along south side of property on city right of way. East side, unattended, overgrow vegetation is causing an obstructing of public right of way. |
