No progress. Property owner has been made aware of issues, was to have realtor contact inspector regarding sale of property. Move to cite & apply reinspection fee, owner was informed if property was sold, new owner must be made aware of pending violation & provide signed document agreeing to assume abatement of pending violations otherwise current owner is still held responsible for abatement of issues.
