Large pile of block debris, mixed in with large dried tree branches, plastic tub, wood framing and other debris. Main structure wood fascia has not been maintained, sections have rotted away exposing large opening along rafter ends, protective treatment has been allowed to deteriorate into a dilapidated condition, large sections of paint surfaces are blistered, flaking away & have exposed wood surfaces to the elements. Roll roof material has also been allowed deteriorated into a dilapidated condition, several section for front & back porch are being held down by concrete blocks, railroad ties & other item porch, south side porch wood sheeting exposed, detaching & curling up. Entry gates were lock at time of inspection & appeared no one home. While on site occupant arrived, extensive note follow, see case pack for details. |
