Site inspection found vacant & abandon property. Inspector could not gain entry onto property due to locked gated. Property appears to be secured. Possible w/o/p issues (installation of metal roofing) reported will require research. Extension of carport to property line would of required zoning approval. Exterior stucco surface lacking required protective treatment. East side roof eves paint surface are exposed, surface has peeled away. Wood fencing along north side no longer structural sound, section are listing & leaning. Wood fencing has deteriorated into a dilapidated state, large sections have been patched over with plywood & other materials. Large amounts of overgrown, unattended vegetation mixed in w/trash, garbage & debris through out property, alley way & lot lines.
