The C-2 portion to the north is where the business is occupied and the vehicles stored; this is the part inspected. RV could be seen behind building from front. Met with manager on site. Inspection of the area behind the main service building show 3 RVs on the property, with the one closest to the building being occupied. Water and electrical were connected, including a hazardous connection with an extension cord that was buried. Waste water was not connected to an waste disposal system and pours out onto the ground from what appears to be two areas. Refrigerator hooked up and outside the entry door to RV. Occupant stated he was providing security to the premises. The zoning C-2 does not allow for RVs or other structures to be occupied as living quarters as either a primary or secondary use. Manager and tenant advised and told an NOV would be issued.
