No line of sight problem or visual obstruction. When exiting the parking lot of the shopping center onto Broadway, the white stop-line for Broadway is approximately 15' to 20' north of the sign in question. This puts a vehicle far enough north that one would need to look back, into the opposite direction, in order to see the sign. There are no driveways, bikeways or sidewalks near or around the sign. No violation. |
