I DID ADVISE THE SUPERVISOR OF POOR NOTES WITH NO SPECIFIC DETAILS AS TO WHAT TYPE OF REPAIRS REQUIRE PERMITS. I SPOKE TO THE ON CALL INSPECTOR HE STATED NO PERMITS ARE REQUIRED THERE WAS MINOR DRYWALL DAMAGE TO THE KITCHEN AREA. I ASKED THE OWNER TO CALL ME WHEN ALL REPAIRS ARE COMPLETE. SCHEDULE A 60 DAY FOLLOW UP INSPECTION. | |
