THE UNIT WAS CONDEMNED AND THERE IS NO POWER TO THE UNIT, NO MENTION OF WHO CUT THE POWER AND WHY? NO CONTACT INFORMATION IN PACKET. I DID ADVISE THE SUPERVISOR OF POOR NOTES WITH NO SPECIFIC DETAILS AS TO WHAT TYPE OF REPAIRS REQUIRE PERMITS. I SPOKE TO THE ON CALL INSPECTOR HE STATED NO PERMITS ARE REQUIRED THERE WAS MINOR DRYWALL DAMAGE TO THE KITCHEN AREA. I ASKED THE OWNER TO CALL ME WHEN ALL REPAIRS ARE COMPLETE. SCHEDULE A 60 DAY FOLLOW UP INSPECTION.
