At site, spoke to tenant. Owner replaced kitchen sink drainage pipe and re- routed the pipe in the opposite direction to add the washing maching(clothing). The drainage water runs outside to a tree and oleanders where the water pools. Found dead vegetation, top of tree and oleanders. Electrical box in laundry room not covered. Property is not registered as a rental with the Pima County Assessors office. F/U 30 days. |
