There is a COT easement/drainage area on the south/west side of this property which is full of overgrown grass. I will refer this to Transporation. On the north/east side of the property there was a small amount of grass exceeding 6" in height for which I will send an NOV. The back yard is not visible from the street and contains only a small amount of grass which I will not address at this time. |
