At site, home vacant, front door open. From the door I can see that the inside of home has refuse and debris throughout. Also has an odor. Refuse and debris throughout the side and back yard areas along with overgrown and dead vegetation. JMV, camper trailer parked in front. Spoke to a neighbor, said owner shows up about once a week. Phone number not correct in Naviline. Posted notice to contact me. Possible foreclosure. Proprety has electric, but no water. F/U 30 days. |
