Front security door is missing latch mechanism. Tile floor has large, long hole in it by the front door. Hot water valve in the kitchen sink is not operating properly and water drips from the tap. The driveway gate latch is broken off. Rear fencing is broken down. The storage shed roof is in disrepair. Side gate latch is broken. Call property owner. send 30 day notice of violation. Schedule follow up inspection. |
