Unsecured pool, Site inspection, attempted contact, no one home at either address of duplex. Walked site, unit w/pool, issues found w/pool enclosure. Dirt pile along alley allowed view of back yard of duplex's. Dog eared wood picket fencing missing one slat, inspector could not enter property to verify structural stability as complaint indicated. Wood fencing matches 7286 address. Attempted contact by phone, no answer, left message stating NOV will be issued & violation to be abated w/in 24 hrs. Contacted supervisor, reviewed issues, determination made, common area fencing may have been used a barrier, NOV to be issues to 7290 address. Insp. had concerns regarding posting of NOV & leaving site. Supervisor stated process acceptable & ok to leave site.
