Stored vehicles in front yard are parked in ROW, obstructing it. Dead vegetation present in yard, including dead cactus, and a palm tree with excessive dead fronds on the front west side. Excessive storage is present on property over 25% of lot area, including vehicles. Past history shows these vehicles, JMV or not, have been stored for long periods of time. Additionally, storage of construction materials, multiple trailers, boat, etc. are present in the front yard clearly visible. |
