No alley obstruction. No pallets, crates, trash and or debris. The only thing fitting the description of the complainant is some black plastic coorigated tubing running along the base of the rear perimeter yard masonry wall. I'll contact the homwowner and speak to him/her regarding the tubing and other minimal items there. |
