There is everything described in the complaint and more. There was a Catamaran in the front yard with a deteriorating tarp draped over it. There was an inoperable automobile in the driveway. There was trash, refuse, debris, and every manner of storage imaginable in the front yard and driveway. There have been 17 cases for similar and same violations over the past 8 years with the most recent being 08-20-10. A previous case in 2009 went to Citation before compliance was obtained. In addition there is an accessory structure in the rear yard without permit. NOV will go out Monday. |
