There is an electronic/digital sign mounted on a small trailer which is displaying continuously changing images and text in vivid color. The sign is approximately 5'x5'. I spoke with John Ferguson, owner of the property and he is claiming that he has been given exempt status as a school which would potentially allow the sign to remain. I contacted Andy Connor at PDSD for confirmation howver he was unable to confirm. I'm awaiting the documentation from Mr. Ferguson explaining the terms of his "exempt" status prior to proceeding. |
