Also evidence of w/o/p, roof structure for drive through lane recently rebuilt, structure measures approx. 12'x18' roof framing built by using 2"x4" and are over spanned, 1-4"x4" along south side was spliced together and installed w/metal brace & section of 4"x4" post nailed to roof to support beam. Exterior light fixture added , j-boxes are open, lacking cover plates and electrical conductor penetrating main structure roof is not in conduit. Contact made w/store operator. reviewed violations & abatement process. NOV issues for illegal signs & excessive banners. 30 days to abate & amended nov to follow for w/o/p. |
