Found cooler is leaking water and not in proper working order. Needs to be repaired/replaced. Kitchen ceiling has water damage from previous leak in the roof. There is a nest of wasps in the tree at the rear of the property that needs to be removed. Part of the roof flashing is hanging off the side. Smoke detector is not working. send 30 day notice. Schedule follow up inspection. |
