Weeds, dead vegetation, some accumulated dog waste in the rear yard. No dogs seen or heard. Neighbor claims there are usually 10 to 12 dogs and they create a lot of dust and smell. Took photos. Send 30 day notice. Monitor for other possible zoning violations for the dogs. Schedule follow up inspection. |
