11/17/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved ELECTRICAL OUTLET HAS BEEN REPAIRED IN THE MASTER BATHROOM AND THE SMOKE DETECTOR HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN THE MIDDLE BEDROOM. THE WATER HEATER T.P.R. DRAIN LINE HAS BEEN INSTALLED BUT LACKING METAL PIPE EXTENSION AT THE VALVE AND USED P.V.C. THE EXTERIOR DOOR AT THE KITCHEN WAS LACKING THE WEATHERSTRIPPING ON THE THRESHOLD WHICH WAS ON THE GROUND AND OTHER AREAS NOT ADDRESSED. WILL CHECK IN 5 DAYS. RV.
11/09/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET WITH MANAGEMENT AND CHECKED THE UNIT FOR COMPLIANCE. THE UNIT HAS BEEN RENTED OUT AND WAS ABLE TO CHECK AND FOUND THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED IN THE MASTER BATHROOM WITH REVERSE POLARITY, LACKING A SMOKE DETECTOR IN THE MIDDLE BEDROOM, DRAIN LINE FOR THE T.P.R. VALVE IS NOT COMPLETE AND GOES TO THE SECOND FLOOR IN THE STORAGE ROOM AND NOT TO THE EXTERIOR OR TO GROUND LEVEL, SIDE DOOR NOT SEALED IN THE CORNER ON THE TOP RIGHT SIDE AND THE BOTTOM ON THE LEFT SIDE. ASSISTAND TOOK NOTES AND WILL MAKE THE REPAIRS AND HOPEFULLY BU FRIDAY. WILL CALL IF READY. WILL CHECK IN 5 DAYS. RV.
09/20/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET WITH THE MANAGEMENT AND THE UNIT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY THE WIND AND RAIN STORM. CURRENTLY IS BE ABATED FOR ASBESTOS AND WAITING FOR THE CLEARANCE. ONCE THE UNIT HAS BEEN CLEARED THE COMPLEX HAS CONTRACTORS TO REPAIR THE ITEMS THAT WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED. WILL CHECK IN 45 DAYS. RV.
09/13/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET WITH MANAGEMENT AND THE UNIT WAS JUST VACATED AND ARE TAKING PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE THAT WAS DONE TO THE UNIT. THEY WILL BE WORKING ON IT THIS WEEK AND SHOULD BE DONE BY NEXT WEEK. WILL CHECK ON MONDAY IF THE UNIT IS READY FOR AN INSPECTION. DID ADVISE THAT THE UNIT SHOULD BE RENT READY FOR THE INSPECTION TO BE DONE. WILL CHECK IN 7 DAYS. RV.
08/22/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET WITH MANGEMENT TO CHECK IF THE INSPECTION IS DUE TOMORROW. THEY ASKED IF WE COULD WAIT UNTIL THE TENANTS HAVE MOVED OUT AT THE END OF THE MONTH. THEY ARE STILL HAVING ISSUES WITH THE TENANT LETTING THEM DO THE WORK IN THE UNIT. I SAID IT WAS OK BUT WILL MEET WITH MY SUPERVISION TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON THE UNIT FOR INSPECTION. WILL CHECK IN 14 DAYS. RV.
07/22/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET WITH THE TENANT AND STATED THAT ALL WAS FINE. DID HAVE THE MAINTENANCE MAN ON SITE WHILE DOING THE INSPECTION. THE NUMBERS FOR THE UNIT HAVE BEEN PLACED ON THE DOOR. DID FIND WHERE THE DOORS THAT WERE BROKEN HAD BEEN REPAIRED BUT WERE NOT PAINTED. THE SMOKE DETECTORS WERE INSTALLED BUT 2 IN THE BEDROOMS NEED TO BE RAISED DUE TO LOW PER MANUFACTURE RECOMENDATION. THE WATER HEATER HAS BEEN CHANGED AND LACKING THE T.P.R. DRAIN LINE TO THE EXTERIOR. THE DRYWALL HAS BEEN INSTALLED AT THE SHOWER FOR THE MASTER BATHROOM IN THE UTILITY ROOM. CHECKED THE G.F.C.I. IN THE BATHROOM AND THEY WERE NOT WORKING IN THE MASTER BATHROOM. SOME OF THE OUTLETS HAVE REVERSE WIRING. THE TENANT DID ASK US TO LEAVE AT THAT TIME DUE TO HIS COMPUTOR SUPPOSELY NO WORKING. I LEFT THE SITE AND THE INSPECTION WAS DONE. THE OUTLET THAT THE COMPUTOR WAS ON WENT OFF WHEN CHECKING THE G.F.C.I. OUTLETS. WILL CHECK IN 30 DAYS. RV.
07/01/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET WITH THE TENANTS AND THE COOLER IS WORKING AND THE TEMPRATURE IS 66 DEGEES COMMING OUT OF THE VENTS. THE ROOM TEMPRATURE IS AT 76 DEGREES AND COULD FEEL THE COOLNEST AS THE DOOR WAS OPENED. I DID MEET WITH THE MANAGEMENT AND THE FURNACE WAS MISSING THE DAMPER COOKIE SHEET BUT WAS SEALED AS INSTALLED. ONCE THE DAMPER WAS INSTALLED PROPERLY, THE COOLER STATED TO WORK. THE PADS WERE CHANGED TO ASPEN PADS AND EVERYTHING ELSE WAS WORKING PROPERLY. THE TENANT STATED THAT AS SOON AS THE REPAIRS WERE MADE, YOU COULD FEEL THE DIFFERANCE. THE MANAGER SIGNED THE N.O.V. AND THEY WILL HAVE THE REPAIRS DONE IN THE NEXT COUPLE WEEKS. WILL CHECK IN 30 DAYS. RV.
