06/30/2011 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE WITH INSPECTOR VIDAL, BOTH INSPECTORS CHECKED SEVERAL UNITS AND RECEIVED MATCHING REPLIES THAT POWER WAS OFF TWICE FOR 30-40 MINUTES. RICHARD SMITH IN #196 EX MAINTANENCE PERSON ALLOWED ENTRY INTO ELECTRICAL PANEL EXPLAINED TWO BREAKERS BLEW, RPM ELECTRIC WAS OUT, REMOVED, PURCHASED AND REPLACED THE 2 400 AMP BREAKERS. WORK INSIDE THE MAIN SERVICE PANEL WAS VERY CLEAN MAKING IT EASY TO DECIPHER WHAT PANEL EACH 400 AMP BREAKER SERVICED. MET WITH MANAGER BETSY POTTS WHO'S EXPLANATION MATCHED WHAT MR SMITH HAD TOLD US. MRS POTTS ALSO ADDED THAT SOMEBODY WAS COMING OUT ON 6/30 TO RUN CONTINUITY TESTS ON EACH SUB PANEL WITH WIRING RUNNING BACK TO THE MAIN SERVICE PANEL.
*CONTACTED DALE POTTS ON 6/30, DALE VERIFIED THAT SOS ELECTRIC WAS OUT CONDUCTING THE CONTINUITY TESTS AS WE SPOKE WITH 3 PANELS ALREADY COMPLETED. SPOKE TO TRACY AND CARLOS, AND SENT RAY MAJUTA AN EMAIL TO DETERMINE IF PERMITS WOULD BE REQUIRED.
