Gates are locked, but fence on east side is dilapidated and leaning. Section of corrugated metal of quonset hut on south side has been pried open. Graffit on building. Accumulation of vegetation over 6" and refuse on property and abutting sidewalk areas. Property is vacant, but does not appear to have been boarded per TPD report. No trailers on property. |
