Property is currently vacant. Spoke with worker on site. New construction inside. New a/c system to be added. New ductwork in place. Some new electrical, plumbing, interior walls. Spoke with the owner by phone. I explained the need for various required permits and that all work that requires permits must be stopped until the permits are issued. He indicated he understood and would comply. Photos in SIRE. Send 30 day notice. Schedule followup. |
