I spoke to an employee about two months ago and explained the vehicle was not permitted in the ROW and must remain in the shopping center parking area. The employee said he would pass the information to the owner. In a subsequent inspection a week later the vehicle had been moved off the COT ROW. The vehicle is now parked in the ROW again. NOV with an IMMEDIATE compliance period will be issued. |
