06/29/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Site visit to inspect unit #1; unit #2 was open also. Water dripping outside of both units, presumably from evap unit, which was working unit Unit #1. Unit #2 is vacant. Both units had exposed (capped) wiring in the wall heating units on west walls. Units look deteriorated and need to be replaced or repaired under permit. Switch and wiring to heater in #2 is not to code; evidence of pest (roach) infestation present. Several uncovered outlets and switches in both units. No GFCI outlets. Unit #1 needs a vent cover. No smoke detectors. Occupants of unit #8 asked again to look at their cooler, which was leaking inside the unit; the ceiling is dilapidated where the vent is and damaged by water.
06/24/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Site visit for requested inspection to unit #1; could not gain entry or contact anyone. Inspection was cancelled. Not all units are marked.
