Spoke with the property owner next door at 1730. He told me he was aware of the camper next door and that there was no problems he was aware of. I spoke with the camper and he identified himself. He told me he had permission to be there from the property owner which he identified as well. He was watching the property for the owner and claimed he has access to the building. He provided the property owners phone number as well. I called and left a message for the property owner to return my call to confirm the camper had access and permission to use the facilities in the main house. No return call yet. Area appears clean. Camper appears to be in good health. Photos in SIRE. camper is sleeping in makeshift structure in the rear yard. |
