Fire confined to main electrical panel. Electric service cut by TEP. No further damage. Property was posted with a notice to vacate due to lack of electricity. NOV-order to vacate and indemnification was signed by and copy given to tenant Melvin S Ingram. TFD was not able to contact owner. TEP will not restore service until repair and inspections of electrical is completed under permit. |
