Unable to locate any refuse on the property. No sounds of any dogs barking. Contacted the complainant. He indicated the problem was next door at 2915, not this address. I inspected the 2915 address and found some refuse in the yard. Also weeds and dead vegetation. Will open case for the correct address. Close case. |
