Inspection showed property being occupied by three individuals and a dog (2 men and one woman). No electric, sewer or active indoor plumbing. Water account is active, however. One of the men, Jerry Caas, stated they had permission to be on location by Ethon Butler. Notice to vacate was posted and the occupants told they need to vacate the property within 24 hours. House is being remodeled; unfinished interiors, sewer line dug up and unfinished, etc. Expired electrical and remodel permits on file from 2006; last inspection was 4/2007. No remodel activity for over 12 months. History of property being vacant. |
