Was able to determine upon inspection the structure in the rear yard is only being used for storage and no live power is present. The structure has been in place for more that 5 years and not a violation. Still need to remove weeds and dead vegetation. Will contact resources to try to obtain help for the property owner to abate the violations. Follow up in 30 days.
09/22/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Still has high grass/weeds throughout the property. Palm tree in the rear has dead fronds too close to the ground. Flex electrical conduit stretched between structures in the rear yard not legal. Structure in the rear yard was built without permits. Took photos for SIRE. Send new 30 day notice including the new violations via certified and regular mail. Schedule 30 day follow up inspection.
