Found roaches running everywhere throughout the unit. Ceiling in the bathroom over the showerhead has a hole in it and the drywall is soft and loose. Fan speed control switch has been replaced with a single on off switch but does not appear to be in violation of the code. Took photos for sire. Send 30 day notice of violation. Schedule follow up inspection. Occupant requested copy of inspection report. Copy to be furnished. |
