Some progress back yard. outside storage addresed. Screening along side yard completed. No progress with JMV/Cadilac, RV and other stored items in front yard. JMV coverd by use of blue tarps. No contact made to date. Move to Citation.

Site visited, good progress made, large palm tree removed, outside storage issues in front yard reduced. RV to be removed w/in the week, Ford flat bed now operational, storage removed from back yard & vegetation along alley addressed. Reviewed w/supervisor & admin for possible extension, 30 extension approved.
09/08/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved COMPLIANCE INSP.
Site visited, some progress made, tractor & 3 JMV's removed with other items from front yard. no progress w/palm tree not back yard storage. Owner contacted inspector & requested extension over phone on 8/31/11. Due to good progress one more extension will be allowed, fw/up in 30 days. Informed owner failure to comply by next inspection, reinspection fee will be applied along w/possible court action.

Site inspection, very little progress made. Contact made w/owner, went over all outside storage, vegetation, pending issues abatement process & possible court actions if failure to abate issues. Owner is elderly & in his 80's, family can only help of week ends. No reinspection at this time. 30 day extension & must show good progress by next inspection.
