Met occupant Mary on site at space # 48. Air conditioner was checked inside unit, which was described as not working. The unit was working and blowing cool air; acceptable for a small trailer. She also has a functional window unit that needs to be installed. She stated she was worried she was going to die in the trailer due to the heat. She was advised that there was no violation at this time, but management will be contacted. She was also advised to work cooperatively with management. Case will be closed. See notes in conditions. |
