Site inspection to clarify changes at property. The gabled roof that was removed was actually an addition; original shed roof was flat. Photo attached of gable detail showing flat roof underneath. Shed was repaired due to termites and roof restored to original style. Size does not require a permit. Some, not all, windows on the main house were replaced like for like: double hung. Original size, shape, and panes were maintained as well as the original wood trim. No permit or review requirements necessary at this time; case will be closed. |
