Vacant structure has been boarded since 07/24/09; fire occurred 3/23/11 causing extensive smoke and fire damage to the interior. The exterior is highly dilapidated with visible damage to roof, fascia, exterior brick walls, windows, etc. Accumulation of vegetation over 6" is present on property. |
