Vacant property has broken windows in the rear and is not secure. Major remodeling in progress. Most drywall has been removed inside and outside under carport and front patio cover. New roofing installed without permits. Call property owner and advise of permit requirements and property security issue. Send 30 day notice certified mail for work without permits and broken out windows. Schedule 30 day follow up inspection. |
