Visited site, large rear yard has a 5-6' chain link fence around the perimeter yard. Structure has an existing porch on the s/e corner of the structure, with an extended brick paver patio area. A wall is being installed around the porch/patio area. It is not a retaining wall. The four pallets of block in the rear yard would only be enough for a 36" - 42" tall patio wall and weep holes would not be required due to the design of the decorative half wall. No Violation / Close case |
