Met with tenant at unit. She showed me a small crack in the bathroom drywall about 6 inches long. The rest of the drywall was dry and solid. All that is required is a minor repair. Spoke with manager and explained the problem. She will contact tenant and arrange a time to repair. She will fax copy of the completed job order to me when complete. |
