Sanitary 3" sewer pipe not pitched and duct tape at connections. No hot water supply water to hallway bathroom sink. Electrical outlet in hallway not secured to box. First bedroom in hallway has water leaks in ceiling and floor. can see daylight through floor. Ceiling tiles are rotting out. No cold water supply to kitchen sink, hot only. No water supply at all to second bathroom, can see daylight through bathroom floor and closet. Ceiling in living room sagging. F/U 30 days. |
